Orders are prepared with care before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary by destination, product availability, and carrier conditions. Tracking details will be provided when an order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your JIAJIAFAM piece. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return. Email crystal@jiajiafam.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
